Are you an experienced handyman with a knack for leadership and a passion for customer satisfaction? Mr. Handyman is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Supervisor to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll blend your hands‑on expertise with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring top‑notch service delivery and operational excellence.

As a Field Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in guiding our Service Professionals (Handymen) in the field, overseeing projects, and maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. You'll also be a key point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Team Leadership & Oversight:
  Supervise and support Service Professionals in the field, providing guidance, training, and quality control on ongoing projects.
• Estimating & Project Management:
  Conduct accurate and timely estimates for various home repair and improvement projects. Monitor open projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordination & Communication:
  Seamlessly coordinate with the Office Manager regarding scheduling, project updates, and customer needs. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct regular check‑ins on projects to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to Mr. Handyman standards.
• Hands‑On Work:
  Continuously perform hands‑on handyman work on specific jobs, contributing directly to individual revenue.
• Problem Solving:
  Proactively address any challenges or issues that arise in the field, finding efficient and effective solutions.

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar skilled trade role.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with both team members and customers.
• Solid understanding of various home repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks.
• Proficiency in estimating project costs and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering high‑quality results.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must live within 25 miles of territory based in Burnsville MN; ideally in Metro Area of Minneapolis, St. Paul, MN.

This role offers a competitive compensation package that recognizes both individual contribution and team success. In addition to an hourly or salary base for your individual work, you'll receive performance‑based compensation tied to:

• Individual Revenue:
  Directly benefit from the hands‑on work you perform.
• Team Revenue:
  Be compensated for the collective success of the Service Professionals you oversee, paid out on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Overall Company Revenue:
  Share in the broader success of the Mr. Handyman franchise, with bonuses paid out on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Total Compensation Range includes Salary and Bonus opportunities.
