Aquatics Swim Instructor

As an Aquatics Swim Instructor, you will work in a fast‑paced environment, helping both adults and children improve their swimming. You will teach life skills to our youngest members, evaluate their swimming ability to establish the correct swim level, and help maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.

• Instruct swimming lessons and Aquatics events
• Respond to member questions, comments, and concerns
• Provide a safe, clean and organized pool area
• Promote and sell all Aquatics programs and services

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED
• CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard Certifications (within 60 days of hire)
• Complete and pass all Life Time courses when hired
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to routinely lift more than 20 lbs

• Swim lesson instruction or coaching experience

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.25 and paying up to $17.00, based on experience and qualifications.
