Tax Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships.

• Preparing and reviewing a variety of tax returns for multiple clients
• Demonstrating passion for this unique tax area.
• Identifying tax planning and consulting opportunities.
• Developing a relationship with and maintaining contact with clients.
• Proactively communicating with and managing other staff assigned to the projects.
• Working on complex accounting and/ or tax issues.
• Mentoring and training staff.
• Serving as a resource for CST partners on general returns

• MS in Taxation, MPA or BS in Accounting
• Must have CPA license and 5-7 years of public accounting experience
• Excellent client service skills, strong oral, written and presentation skills and leadership ability

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
