About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and planning for closely held businesses, flow-through entities, and high-net-worth individuals. You’ll work directly with founders, executives, and family groups to deliver strategic, value-added tax solutions. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role with leadership opportunities for managing staff and growing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance for partnerships, S‑Corps, C‑Corps, individuals, trusts, and estates
• Develop proactive tax planning strategies for entity structuring, owner compensation, business sales, acquisitions, and succession
• Serve as primary client contact, translating complex tax matters into actionable guidance
• Mentor and manage senior associates and staff

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Tax preferred)
• 6+ years of tax experience, primarily with closely held or private clients
• Strong technical knowledge of partnership, S‑Corp, and individual taxation
• Experience with multi‑state and complex ownership structures
• Prior public accounting experience preferred
• Excellent client‑facing communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
