Are you detail-driven, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Vaden Automotive is looking for an Inventory Administrator to join our Accounting Department. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoAs an Inventory Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our vehicle inventory accurate and up to date across multiple locations. You'll work closely with a supportive accounting team and handle a variety of inventory-related tasks, including:
- Managing wholesale vehicle transactions
- Maintaining new car inventory records
- Coordinating dealer trades
- Processing intercompany transactions
- Recording used car purchases
- Jumping in on other inventory-related projects that help keep the dealership running like a well-oiled machine
- Some experience in automotive accounting is preferred (but if you're eager to learn, we're open)
- Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills
- Comfortable working in Excel and other office programs
- Team player with great communication skills
- Bonus points if you've used dealership management systems (DMS) before
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
