Lewis Lincoln, we're looking for a service porter to ensure that customer vehicles are safely moved to and from service areas, kept clean, and properly fueled while supporting our service advisors and service manager. If you're energetic, dependable, and eager to provide an excellent customer service experience while helping to maintain smooth service operations, we'd love to hear from you!
WhatYou'll Do:
- Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership and service area.
- Wash vehicles and keep them clean and presentable
- Help organize the parking lot and keep the lot and service drive neat, clean, and clear of debris
- Provide valet service for service customers, including retrieving and returning their vehicles.
- Drive the dealership shuttle to transport service customers to and from the dealership.
- Drive the dealership shuttle to transport service customers to and from the dealership.
- Perform other shuttle and lot duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
- valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate and move vehicles of all sizes, follow instructions, and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform physically active tasks throughout the day in outdoor conditions, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
