Overview

With a focus on customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations, this position will: provide professional and timely communication and service to customers and the Savannah sales team and maximize customer satisfaction and growth of sales and profit by providing efficient logistical and administrative support for the Rental Department. Consistently look for operational and process improvements. Communicate in a timely manner with customers and the sales and rental team.

Retain the ability to work on multiple primary duties at any given time.

Responsibilities
  • Complete orders for equipment, PTHs, battery and charger replacements, etc.
  • Manage Savannah Ship-Ins and Ship-Outs
  • Complete, verify, and manage Savannah sales invoices
  • Perform administrative tasks to maintain department organization and communication (phone, email, filing)
  • Ensure all documents are completed prior to placing orders (customers in system, lease approvals, etc.)
  • Communicate with customers and sales team regarding shipments
  • Assist in various Marketing activities and promotions

Rental

  • Ensure that all rental contracts and rental invoices are accurate and in compliance with Lift Power, Inc. policy
  • Initiate and maintain precise maintenance files on all rental equipment
  • Receive customer calls for rental equipment, and construct new contracts as needed
  • Coordinate special projects and rental modifications with Sales Department and obtain authorization from manufacturer as required
  • Assist in Rental Audit preparation
  • Track and Maintain battery and charger inventory
  • Initiate and maintain a complete and current database on all rental equipment
  • Coordinate daily transport schedule for Savannah Transport driver
  • Assist Jacksonville Rental Manager with various Savannah rental and transport needs
