This position reports to the General Manager and Assistant Manager.

Position Summary: This role is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift, ensuring compliance with all company guidelines and regulations.

• Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage, age restrictions, and ADA requirements.
• Adhere to all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Manage shift profitability within established guidelines for food cost, labor, utilities, and sales growth.
• Lead the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, embodying Firehouse Subs' culture, mission, and vision.
• Assist in implementing operational plans and initiatives.
• Participate in hiring, training, and disciplining staff under the guidance of the GM.
• Ensure all required reports and legal documents are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Participate in Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.
• Communicate any issues impacting the business to the GM/Owner.
• Work on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the GM/Owner.
