• Review project work scopes, plans, and specifications to plan and allocate resources effectively
• Coordinate and supervise field personnel, ensuring high performance and adherence to project requirements
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment; schedule maintenance and monitor performance
• Enforce safety precautions and regulations for all field operations
• Track daily progress, complete reports, and document issues
• Calculate and coordinate truck hauling for asphalt delivery, considering project needs and traffic conditions
• Resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth project progress
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure project success
• Travel locally for project sites as required

• 5+ years of asphalt paving experience, with 2+ years working as a foreman
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving operations, equipment, and materials
• Ability to plan, schedule, assign, and supervise work effectively
• Skilled at calculating material and truck needs based on project specifications
• Familiarity with occupational hazards and safety practices on paving jobs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, bend, and climb ladders as needed
• Georgia DOT experience preferred
