Job Title: Commercial Interiors Estimator

Location: Savannah, GA

Compensation: $70K-$75K Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, DOE

Tiello is partnered with an established commercial interiors contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Interiors Estimator
. This role will prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial interior projects, with a focus on metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings
.

Proven experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid is required.

• Review plans, specifications, addenda, and bid documents to determine project scope.
• Perform detailed digital takeoffs using OST and develop estimates in Quick Bid
  .
• Price labor, materials, equipment, production rates, waste, and other project costs.
• Identify scope gaps, conflicts, constructability concerns, and project risks.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Prepare proposals, alternates, exclusions, qualifications, and value-engineering options.
• Manage multiple bids and ensure accurate, on-time submissions.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, field leadership, and executives.
• Prepare complete project turnover packages for awarded work.

• 2+ years of Commercial interiors estimating experience preferred, particularly with metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings
  .
• Required:
  Hands-on proficiency with OST and Quick Bid.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction materials, labor, and installation methods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma/GED required; construction-related degree preferred.
