Skyline Renovations Co. is seeking an experienced General Contractor Qualifying Agent to support company operations within a specific licensed state.
This role is designed to provide dedicated leadership, licensing oversight, and construction expertise as Skyline Renovations expands into multiple markets.
This is a leadership-level opportunity with long-term growth potential and executive-level involvement.
Key Responsibilities Licensing & Compliance- Serve as Qualifying Agent within licensed state
- Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements
- Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance
- Maintain licensing documentation
- Provide compliance guidance when needed
- Provide technical construction oversight when necessary
- Assist with risk mitigation on complex projects
- Provide code compliance guidance
- Assist with project planning and standards
- Assist with expansion within assigned state
- Help develop local leadership teams
- Support development of construction standards
- Assist with field leadership development
Compensation for this role will be performance-based and structured to align with company growth and project volume.

Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed in at least one operating state
- 5+ years construction experience preferred
- Strong understanding of building codes and compliance
- Experience with renovations and/or new construction
- Experience scaling construction companies
