Videographer for WSAV’s Lifestyle Show, The Bridge
Are you creative, energetic, and ready to bring fresh ideas to life? The Bridge, WSAV’s daytime lifestyle program, is looking for a videographer to join our dynamic team. This is a fun, fast-paced role with opportunities to work inside a television station and on exciting location shoots.
We’re seeking someone capable of producing entertaining segments on food, fashion, beauty, and human-interest stories. If you thrive under deadlines, love storytelling, and can juggle multiple projects with ease, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do- Shoot and edit video for lifestyle show segments
- Shoot and edit video for sponsored segments featuring paid clients of the TV station
- Schedule and set up video shoots
- Work with manager, Executive Producer and Host to maintain a high level of quality control for The Bridge
- Edit and post video content to WSAV social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and You Tube
- Post sponsored video segments to
- Collaborate with the team to develop out-of-the-box ideas that engage and entertain
- Work closely with sales team on client-driven content
- Contribute to the WSAV+ streaming app and leverage social media to promote content
- Assist in booking compelling guests, writing scripts, and creating engaging packages for the show
- Maintain The Bridge show’s video equipment
- Help with special projects and other duties as assigned

- A creative, detail-oriented self-starter who loves teamwork
- Exceptional skills in writing, shooting, editing, and producing
- Experience preferred with Adobe Premier Pro and Word Press
- Proficiency with video equipment (Canon 80-D and Canon C-300) would be ideal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience using social media and digital tools to amplify content
- Ability to work with all departments (Sales, Creative Services, News, Production, Programming) at WSAV
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in TV/Film, or equivalent experience
- TV production experience desired
Position requires the operation of camera, camera equipment, lighting, microphones, computer and editing suite. Transport of equipment weighing up to 30 lbs. Work outdoors occasionally in all weather conditions and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Work may be conducted in varying lighting conditions. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required.
