Customer Service Rep
The Guest Services Representative (GSR) serves as the ultimate customer service representative for the organization, setting a positive and welcoming tone to ensure a positive consumer experience. GSRs are responsible for assisting patients, families, and coworkers in connecting with their family members or the appropriate parties to address their issues. They assist with directions and general questions, monitor and address building emergencies such as fires, codes, safety alerts, and security calls, and serve as the overhead paging coordinators for daily announcements and doctor paging systems.
Other duties are assigned by the team lead.
- Associates Degree in Communication - Preferred
- High School Diploma - Preferred
- 1 Year Switchboard Operator, Call Center, or Help Desk - Required
