Role Overview

As an Escape Experience Guide, you will be the face and heart of our curated experiences, ensuring each client’s journey is engaging, seamless, and unforgettable. You will blend storytelling, logistical expertise, and personalized service to create immersive escape experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clients through curated experiences, ensuring comfort, safety, and enjoyment at every stage.
  • Share insightful and engaging narratives about destinations, culture, history, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate logistics with local vendors, guides, and service providers to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Adapt experiences on-the-fly to meet client needs, preferences, and unexpected changes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the experience, providing guidance, recommendations, and support.
  • Collect feedback and share insights to continuously enhance future experiences.
  • Uphold the company’s brand values, maintaining professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with diverse clients.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, event coordination, or tour guiding preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Knowledge of local culture, attractions, and history is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays if needed.
  • Passion for travel, exploration, and creating memorable experiences.
