Job SummaryThe Neurology Physician Assistant will have both outpatient and inpatient responsibilities. This includes seeing neurology patients in an outpatient setting, often in follow-up or shared care with neurologists, managing conditions such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, migraines, chronic headaches, neuropathy, among others.
In the hospital, responsibilities include providing specialized care to inpatients with neurological needs, performing consults, and responding to stroke alerts, primarily serving as a physician extender for neurologists.
