• Prepares lesson plans and provides swimming instruction to students according to the curriculum for the various courses, levels, and ages.
• Monitors and maintains records of student progress.
• Ensures all equipment is in proper working order.
• Uses customer service skills when communicating with students, parents, and coworkers.
• Arrives fifteen minutes before class and cleans equipment after class.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be a minimum of fifteen (15) years of age.
• Instructors must take and pass the Star Fish Swim School Instructor Course.
• First Aid and CPR certification are preferred.

This is a safety sensitive position and subject to random drug testing.
