Job Title: Energy Consultation Coordinator

This is a 1099 commission-only position with unlimited earning potential.

• Generate Leads through Door to Door or Virtually
  • Identify and qualify potential customers interested in adopting solar energy.
  • Gather essential information to create high-quality leads for the sales team.
• Provide Information and Answer Queries
  • Educate homeowners on the technical aspects of solar systems and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Effectively communicate the financial incentives, rebates, and financing options available to encourage solar adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales Team
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Provide valuable insights from the field to enhance overall sales strategies.
  • Attend marketing events.
• Record and Report
  • Keep detailed records of interactions with potential customers.
  • Submit regular reports on lead generation activities, including successes and challenges faced in the field.
• Maintain Knowledge of Industry Trends
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the solar energy industry, including new technologies, regulations, and incentives.
  • Continuously update training on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and meet or exceed set targets.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a customer relationship management system and Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $ per year
