Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking a Project Manager for the Civil Engineering Design division of the company at our Savannah
,
Georgia office.

This position will be responsible for designing and producing plans for a wide range of land development projects including commercial sites, subdivisions, apartment buildings, roads, and more. The position will design and produce plans for a group of clients and will ensure that the company’s high standards are met, and clients are satisfied with our service.

The person awarded this position will be responsible for the following…

• Complete projects to meet and exceed quarterly goals and metrics
• Recommend efficiencies in the production process to Director
• Keep weekly task lists for work to be accomplished
• Understand RCE Systems and ensure compliance
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate the preparation of documents or activities for multiple projects
• Routinely interact with clients, authorities, contractors, and subcontractors
• Create proposals
• Engage in subcontractor agreements
• Create project schedule with key permits and track status
• Communicate weekly with clients on progress
• Oversee progress of projects

These responsibilities allow the job to have a combination of work inside the office and outside the office.

• Eight plus years’ experience in engineering land development design (preferred)
• Proficient with AutoCAD (required);
  AutoCAD Civil 3D would be a plus (1 year preferred)
• Self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• United States Work Authorization (required)

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to travel to various project sites
• Must be able to access and navigate job sites and construction areas
