We are looking for an experienced Asset Integrity Manager to lead the reliability, safety, and long‑term performance of critical plant equipment. In this role, you will oversee inspection programs, manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing assets.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the asset integrity program for piping, tanks, pressure vessels, rotating equipment, and structural assets.
  • Develop and manage inspection plans (RBI, mechanical integrity programs, preventive/predictive maintenance).
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA PSM, API/ASME standards, and internal safety procedures.
  • Oversee NDT inspections, corrosion monitoring, and evaluation of equipment degradation.
  • Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Process Safety teams to resolve integrity issues.
  • Support Management of Change (MOC) reviews and assess integrity impacts of process changes.
  • Prepare reports, integrity assessments, and recommendations for asset lifecycle planning.
  • Lead contractors, vendors, and inspection teams during turnarounds and major maintenance events.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in asset integrity, reliability, or mechanical integrity within chemical, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection methods (NDT), corrosion mechanisms, and industry codes (API, ASME, NBIC).
  • Familiarity with OSHA PSM, HAZOP/LOPA, and mechanical integrity requirements.
  • Experience with asset management systems or integrity software.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
