Professional Land Surveyor

Our well-established, growing Land Surveying and Engineering firm is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor. We work hard to ensure projects are planned, designed & managed to meet not only high expectations, but to exceed clients’ goals as well. • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Produce competitive proposals and review project budgets
• Supervise field surveyors and office drafters
• Ensure teams are equipped with personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols
• Attend project meetings and provide QA/QC support
• Maintain compliance with survey regulations
• Research property boundaries and related documents

• Lead survey crews
• Advanced understanding of coordinate systems and vertical datums
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Strong problem‑solving skills

• Over 10 years of land surveying experience
• Colorado PLS license
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated and detail‑oriented mindset
