PM Water Resources - Senior

A growing, multi-discipline engineering firm is seeking a licensed P.E. to join its Water Resources team. This hands‑on, client‑facing role supports public and private sector projects while leading technical delivery, mentoring staff, and contributing to business growth.

• Lead water resources projects : stormwater master planning, drainage / stormwater design, H&H modeling (1D / 2D), permitting, and capital improvements.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, fees, and project schedules.
• Mentor staff and ensure project quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Perform civil engineering tasks including erosion / sediment control and green infrastructure.
• Conduct fieldwork as needed.

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• Licensed P.E., preferably in Georgia
• 10+ years of water resources experience
• Expertise in stormwater management, H&H modeling, green infrastructure, and erosion / sediment control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Arc Map, and hydrologic / hydraulic software (HEC-RAS, ICPR4, XPSWMM preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
