ELECTRICAL SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Senior Estimator in Savannah, Georgia
Electrical Senior Estimator Compensation & BenefitsTotal compensation for the Electrical Senior Estimator in Savannah, Georgia is between $100,000 -$130,000

Duties & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire estimating process for commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring accuracy and profitability from concept to completion
- Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to fully understand project requirements and deliver competitive, winning bids
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and blueprints to determine optimal materials, wire runs, and outlet placements in compliance with NEC and local codes
- Research market trends and pricing to produce precise material and labor cost estimates
- Review and negotiate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure project accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Evaluate project risk, profitability, and feasibility to support leadership in strategic bidding decisions
- Oversee awarded projects during early phases, providing guidance to project managers and ensuring alignment between estimated and actual costs
- Continuously refine and improve cost-estimating methods to minimize gaps between projections and outcomes
- 5+ years of proven experience in electrical estimating, with a strong track record on commercial and / or industrial projects
- Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- In-depth knowledge of NEC codes, installation standards, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex estimates and large-scale bids efficiently
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience mentoring junior estimators or supporting estimating teams is a plus
- Proficiency with Trimble (Accubid), McCormick, and Bluebeam (or similar estimating software)
- Journeyman License or Degree
