Tax Accountant, Financial Analyst
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of the organization’s treasury-related tax and regulatory filings. This role manages payroll-related tax filings, property tax returns, and business license renewals. Supports year-end processes including W-2 preparation and reconciliation. Plays a key role in monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining proper documentation, and collaborating with Payroll, Accounting, and external partners to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Contributes to process improvements, internal controls, and the efficient handling of treasury and compliance functions.
Bachelor's Degree of Accounting, Finance, or related – Required
Experience2-3 Years Accounting - Required
License & CertificationNone Required
Core Job Functions- Manage payroll tax filings (bi-weekly, quarterly, annual) and year-end W-2 reporting.
- Prepare and file property tax returns and business license renewals.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and support audits or agency inquiries.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Accounting, and external partners to ensure timely filings and payments.
