• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required (or equivalent education and experience).
• Master’s Degree preferred; may offset one year of experience.
• 4+ years of increasing financial responsibility.
• Working knowledge of GAAP; certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Credit history check will be conducted.

Leads operational business areas in developing budgets and forecasts, analyzes risks and opportunities, and performs ongoing analysis and reporting of actual performance versus budgets and forecasts.

• Provides assistance to operational departments in budget preparation.
• Develops staffing and revenue/margin/expense plans in coordination with operational management.
• Prepares reports related to operational or strategic initiatives, analyzes significant variances, and provides interpretative comments and recommendations to management.
• Prepares accurate, timely analysis of actual financial performance versus budgets and forecasts; supports analysis on corrective actions and ensures accuracy of financial statements.
• Performs in‑depth analysis for operational and strategic initiatives.
• Continually evaluates financial processes to identify and implement continuous process improvements; captures and reports savings as appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI).
• Power BI, SQL query writing, data analytics with large data sets.
• Month‑end close journal entries and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Cognos, Hyperion, Forecasting, Pivot tables.
• Financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, planning.
