This is a full-time, permanent Acute Care OT position
, where you’ll meet patients at the most critical point in their care journey
. Acute Care is the doorway to Rehab, and our OT team is the heartbeat of the facility. You’ll work with Ortho, Neuro, and Cardiac patient populations
, helping patients regain independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Schedule & Compensation Highlights

• Flexible scheduling: 5/8’s, 4/10’s, or 3/12’s

• Weekend differential pay for rotations (1 in 4)

• Average patient load:10/day,
  30-minute treatment sessions

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Servant-leader mindset with dedication to patient care

• Coachable, eager to grow, and collaborative

• Strong communication skills across all levels

• Acute Care experience preferred

• H1-B Visa sponsorship not available
