We are seeking a full‑time Certified Surgical Technologist to join our close‑knit outpatient orthopedic surgery center. What You’ll Do
  • Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing instruments, organizing supplies, and verifying equipment readiness.
  • Scrub and assist during orthopedic surgical procedures by anticipating surgeon needs, passing instruments, suturing as directed, and maintaining sterile fields.
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control policies and aseptic technique throughout all phases of care.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to support safe and efficient surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff, and sterile processing to promote efficient case flow and patient safety in an ambulatory surgery environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program; certification preferred.
  • Prior operating room experience with strong sterile technique and infection prevention knowledge.
  • Experience or interest in orthopedic procedures in an outpatient or ASC setting.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
