• Experienced Medical Assistant
• 2 plus years of hands on experience in an aesthetics setting required
• Must have experience working with Nextech EMR system
• Must be reliable and a team player

• Support the Physician Aesthetic Injector Specialist during patient consultations and aesthetic treatments.
• Prepare patients for injectable procedures by explaining treatment processes and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Accurately document patient information and treatment details using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Perform routine clinical and administrative duties as needed.
• Deliver exceptional patient care by addressing inquiries, scheduling follow-up appointments, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
