Resident Care Aide

Do you have a heart for helping others? We're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as Resident Care Aides. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available. 12 hour shifts.

We offer a welcoming, supportive environment for both residents and staff. Our focus is on providing top-quality care and fostering a sense of community, dignity, and respect.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility- help with walking, transferring, and use of mobility aids.
• Help serve meals, and assist residents if needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or mood.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Keep resident areas clean and tidy.
• Document care and work closely with nurses and other staff.
• Maintain resident privacy and independence at all times.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Resident Care Aide or Personal Support Worker certificate preferred.
• Relevant experience helpful but not required-trainings provided.
• First Aid & CPR certified or willing to get certified.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility.
• Empathetic, patient, and caring attitude.
• Must pass a background check.
