. This position will be responsible for a territory covering Jacksonville FL and Waycross Ga.

Job Summary

The Hospital Liaison develops provider and provider office relationships on behalf ofElevatePFS® hospital clients’ to enhance and grow health system services. This position requires a strong interpersonal skills and a methodical and tactical approach to territory management, independent initiative, and issue resolution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages territory leading relationship development and new business generation.
• Identifies and builds relationships with referring physicians, schedulers, and office staff in the primary, secondary, and tertiary service areas, and surrounding communities.
• Designs and follows a disciplined call route. Makes routine cold calls on new physician offices. '
• Serves as a liaison between the hospital and physician offices to uncovercustomer needs, concerns, and appreciation. Works with hospital physicianliaison(s) to coordinate field activity, market feedback, and follow up tasks.
• Manages territory strategically to increase the number of referrals to the facility and drive imaging and other OP volumes. Center call activity and emphasis on physicians or physician groups with significant referral potential.
• Routinely monitors and gains information on competition in the outpatient marketplace. Benchmarks services against competition.
• Leads multiple marketing initiatives by developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities including, but not limited to creating promotional materials, planning educational and speaker programs, scheduling lunches and out-of-office time with physicians and office staff, etc.
• Collaborates with the hospital’s Marketing team to plan and execute marketing efforts, focusing on referring physicians in the hospital’s target market.
• Identifies and researches potential areas of growth.
• Solicits feedback from referring physicians to understand strengths and weaknesses of services from customers’ standpoint.
• Identifies areas for improvement and execute plans to resolve problems.
• Works across departments and with various department personnel to complete tasks and resolve issues.
• Routinely meets with management, radiology director, other service line Directors, marketing, and radiologists to provide feedback received from customers and market information
• Reports on activity level and outcomes of activities and initiatives on a regular basis focusing on volume growth and problem resolution
• Responsible for supporting C-Suite relationships within the client engagement and providing report-outs on key initiatives and activities
• Researches and stays abreast of news and technological advancements in the field of medical imaging and other designated service lines
• Understands and agrees to role-specific information security access and responsibilities.
• Ensures safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to the organizations information security policies
• Reads, understands, and agrees to security policies and complete all annual security and compliance training.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years sales experience required, preferably in healthcare or medical device
• Highly effective organizational and administrative skills
