Overview
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for Hotel Bardo Savannah who will manage the workflow and execution of sales and marketing tasks, administrative duties, and other responsibilities to assist in the smooth operation of our luxury urban resort.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales team in achieving revenue targets by coordinating and supporting sales activities, including site inspections and client follow-ups
- Assist with processing sales contracts and banquet event orders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales reports, and databases, utilizing CRM systems and other tools
- Assist in the organization and execution of sales and marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Partner with Sales team to coordinate VIP arrivals and gifting, including clients, press, influencers, etc.
Qualifications
- At least 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in a luxury hotel or related field
- Proficient in the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- Engaging interpersonal skills to represent Hotel Bardo Savannah to guests, members, and partners
- Comfortable identifying strategic needs but also an executor ensuring the implementation of a strategic plan
