Aboutthe role
Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a dedicated, reliable and confident Security Officer to join our Security team at our luxury urban resort. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, team player committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our guests and team members.
What you ll do- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol assigned areas to detect any potential threats or unauthorized activities
- Interact professionally with guests and provide service when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective response to emergencies
- Conduct proper inspections to ensure integrity of access points, equipment, and facilities
- Ensure the safety of resort personnel, guests, and facilities
- Maintain knowledge and follow all emergency procedures
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to identify unusual or suspicious behavior
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to remain composed and make quick decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with security equipment and systems
- Able to withstand various physical activities throughout the workday
- Strong integrity and ethical standards
- Able to uphold resort standards of security and safety
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
