Overview
Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Valet Attendant. You will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, and assisting arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles in a timely manner, and extending a friendly welcome to hotel guests.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent guest service by helping guests through the valet check-in/check-out process and assisting with parking and vehicle handling.
- Work outdoors in all kinds of weather as parking operations continue in rain, snow, heat, or cold.
- Engage in physically active work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, running, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs within parking garages.
- Maintain a personable demeanor and effectively communicate with guests to ensure a positive experience.
- We provide paid training, High End Forbes Standards training, and continuous on-the-job training to enhance your skills.

- Valets start part time with the opportunity to grow into full-time supervisor roles.
- An initial schedule will be assigned to meet hotel property needs, typically during peak times to maximize tips and minimize work hours.
- Must be available to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and reliability are essential.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a Valet parking attendant preferred.
- Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle preferred.
- Proficiency in English; verbal and written.
- Exceptional guest service skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Ability to complete and pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screens.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation; full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and crouching.
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally run; ability to traverse multiple levels of stairs.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
