Front Desk Agent
Island Hospitality Management is looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of front desk operations and serve as a key reference for our guests and vendors. The role requires professionalism, courtesy, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Flexible scheduling may be required.
Responsibilities- Check‑in/Check‑out hotel guests
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
- Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
- Prepare reports during each shift for the management team
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Effective in handling workplace problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Readily available and approachable, providing excellent guest service
Physical Demands Employees are regularly required to stand, sit or walk for extended periods. Hours are variable based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors. Island Hospitality cannot guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
