Qualifications & Requirements Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Hospitality, service or franchise background preferred.
- Can‑Do Attitude: Positive and willing to learn.
- Follow Guidelines: Understand and follow established guidelines.
- Handle Pace and Pressure: Work in high‑pressure situations.
- Listening, Conflict Resolution: Listen, clarify and resolve concerns.
- Communication
Skills:
Convey ideas clearly. - Hospitality and Guest Service: Desire to serve all guests.
- Age Requirement: 18 years or older.
- Schedule and Travel: Work varied schedule incl evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
- Clock‑in/Out: Arrive on time, clock out on time; no off‑clock work.
- Breaks: Clock in/out for breaks when scheduled.
- Call Outs: Provide notice when calling out.
Physical Working Demands & Working Environment: Must stand or remain stationary for long periods (3‑4 hrs) and handle light to moderate workload. Must operate computers, plug into devices, enter data, operate telephone, manipulate objects and lift up to 25 lbs. Inspect and observe details at close range within a few feet and from long range.
