fornoKey Responsibilities
- Set up, break down, and maintain banquet rooms and event spaces according to event orders and guest specifications.
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, stages, dance floors and other equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of event spaces before, during and after functions.
- Assist banquet servers and captains by replenishing supplies, refreshing setups and supporting guest needs.
- Safely move, lift and store banquet furniture, equipment and décor in designated areas.
- Maintain organization of storage areas and care for banquet equipment to extend its lifespan.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest and team member requests, embodying the spirit of Unscripted Hospitality.
- Work collaboratively with the Banquet Captain, Culinary team and Event Managers to ensure seamless execution of functions.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all banquet areas.
- A reliable and hard‑working team player who takes pride in creating flawless setups.
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible with scheduling, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Detail‑oriented and organized, with a focus on presentation and efficiency.
- Positive, cooperative and ready to support your team wherever needed.
- Previous banquet, event or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
