Overview
Digital Marketing Specialist role eph's/Candler. This position supports the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist with ongoing content, updates and optimization of all health system websites. The specialist is an expert in the system's Content Management System (CMS) and will assist with content coding, metadata management, landing page creation and intranet support as needed. The role collects and analyzes analytic performance data monthly and assists with the creation of online forms and surveys.
Knowledge of best practice SEO, keyword research and ability to write SEO-friendly content is required. The role understands and implements user tracking systems for websites and supports the implementation of software programs or applications. This position serves as back up for the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist as needed.
- Maintain and create website content, landing pages and artwork as needed; assist with SEO optimization, content coding, and ongoing metadata management.
- Collect, track, analyze and report on analytic performance data monthly; assist with the creation of online forms, surveys, etc.; assist PR and social media teams as needed to ensure timely sharing of content.
- Assist with project management of new and existing online applications.
- Back up the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing & PR Manager as needed.
- Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related field - Required
- 2-3 years experience in management of web content and content management systems - Required
- Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and Google Keyword Tools - Required
- Editing in WYSIWYG content management systems - Required
- Coding HTML, CSS for responsive websites - Required
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar programs - Required
