The right fit will be responsible for performing a wide array of IT related tasks ranging from mobile device configuration to network infrastructure planning. Work within a team to actively implement, maintain, and troubleshoot various devices and technologies for a wide ranging client base spanning multiple industries. This position requires onsite meetings and appointments with clients in professional settings.

Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Purchase, configuration, and installation of Windows and Mac based computers.
• Perform daily system monitoring for integrity of services and hardware.
• Perform change requests for various services and systems.
• Research technology trends and identify areas of improvement for client systems.
• Interface directly with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues via onsite and remote support.
• Maintain and install network equipment such as routers, switches, and access points.
• Document all tasks and procedures as well as necessary client system information.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support, MSP, or similar environment.
• A+ and/or Network+ or equivalent certifications and knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Valid driver's license.
• Desire to grow professionally.
