TITLE: IT Manager

LOCATION: Savannah, GA

STAFF TO OVERSEE: About 10 field techs

INTERNAL STAFF to SUPPORT: around 50

EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS to SUPPORT: around 300

Client might pay for relo for the right candidate.
MUST be US Citizen or Permanent Resident Green Card.
SALARY: $125k
NOT open to C2C or 3rd party recruiters/ vendors.
Bonus option up for discussing

• Oversee IT operations for internal technical issues and external client support in an MSP environment.
• Manage telecom, Internet, IT, and cyber security requirements.
• Lead a team including about 10 field technicians; coordinate with around 50 internal staff and support around 300 external customers.

• MSP experience with strong customer service / customer-facing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and internal teams.
• Tech stack:
  Microsoft Suite, Cisco, Genesys, Avaya, Cloud, etc.
• Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card).
• Location:
  
  Savannah, GA. Relocation may be paid by client for the right candidate.
• Salary: $125k. Not open to C2C or third-party recruiters/vendors. Bonus option may be discussed.
