This role is a 1099 Contract position with pay starting at $35 per ticket. Responsibilities include completing parts replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services and managing customer communications. You must have prior experience with hardware and reliable transportation. All necessary parts will be provided, and you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo.
