Location:

Savannah, GA. Contract‑to‑Permanent (Contract).

• Configure, install, and manage Windows and Mac-based computers for clients.
• Monitor systems daily to ensure optimal performance and hardware integrity.
• Handle change requests across various systems and services with precision.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to elevate client environments.
• Provide both onsite and remote support to troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly.
• Set up and maintain routers, switches, and access points for seamless connectivity.
• Document tasks, procedures, and essential client system details thoroughly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement and maintain effective IT solutions.
• Attend onsite appointments in detail‑oriented environments to meet technical needs.

• At least 3 years in IT support or a related technical field.
• A+ and/or Network+ certifications (or equivalent knowledge).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and work autonomously without constant supervision.
• Valid driver's license for travel to client locations.
• Familiarity with PC desktops, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Knowledge of desktop imaging and basic network troubleshooting.
• Understanding of VLAN configurations and desktop hardware.
