IT Business Analyst Lead

• Experience supporting COTS and vendor-hosted applications
  , including issue resolution, upgrades, implementations, and vendor coordination.
• Experience supporting on-premise and SaaS-based applications within a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and coordinate application initiatives

• Experience translating business requirements into application configuration and functional solutions
  , including performing or supporting system configuration, validating changes, coordinating testing, and documenting solutions.
• Experience coordinating application testing, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and production readiness activities with business and technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of enterprise application integrations and data flows
  , including APIs, flat files, middleware, and interfaces, with the ability to understand dependencies and translate business requirements for technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels.
• Self-directed and collaborative, with demonstrated ownership, accountability, follow-through, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring other business analysts and contributing to the continuous improvement of BA practices, documentation standards, and application support processes

• Experience with UKG Pro WFM, Corridor, or SAP is preferred but not required.

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, math, a related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 11 years leading Business Analysis for complex, technology-based business initiatives or 6 years specific SAP system config, development and deployment experience.

Under administrative direction, uses specialized knowledge and skills to assist in the development or improvement of technology solutions by providing business analysis support for larger and more complex applications, including analyzing and documenting business processes and translating user requirements to software development teams. Provides training and plans, assigns, monitors and leads the work of others. Recommends or provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems.

Results are evaluated at agreed upon milestones for effectiveness in achieving specified results. Extensive contact with internal customers is required. to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex issues.
