- Assist in responding to discovery and trial preparations.
- Monitor case progress proactively and plan ahead.
- Prepare demand letters and communicate pertinent information during negotiations.
- Act as liaison between trial team and third parties.
- Manage caseload efficiently, coordinating resources and sharing information timely.
- Communicate with medical providers, adjusters, and other third parties to gather relevant information.
- Draft case-specific courses of action in collaboration with attorneys.
- Support the legal team with other client service matters as needed.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Three or more years of litigation experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of case management software (e.g., Filevine) is a plus.
- Familiarity with personal injury law is preferred.
