  • Gather related bills, records, and documents; prepare cases for settlement negotiations, and document all relevant information for attorney review.
  • Draft complaints, answers, pleadings, motions, petitions, affidavits, and other court documents for attorney review and filing.
  • Assist in responding to discovery and trial preparations.
  • Monitor case progress proactively and plan ahead.
  • Prepare demand letters and communicate pertinent information during negotiations.
  • Act as liaison between trial team and third parties.
  • Manage caseload efficiently, coordinating resources and sharing information timely.
  • Communicate with medical providers, adjusters, and other third parties to gather relevant information.
  • Draft case-specific courses of action in collaboration with attorneys.
  • Support the legal team with other client service matters as needed.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • Three or more years of litigation experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of case management software (e.g., Filevine) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with personal injury law is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong ownership and commitment to quality.
