Closing Attorney

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Georgia‑licensed Contract Closing Attorney for a part‑time, hybrid opportunity with our client in Savannah, GA.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in title review/clearance, in addition to handling aspects of real estate transactions at the closing table. Candidates must possess an active Georgia Notary license.

• Assist with builder closings.
• Perform title examination.
• Facilitate post‑closing activities.

• At least 2 years of experience in title review/clearance.
• Experience handling real estate transaction aspects at the closing table.
• Georgia‑licensed attorney with an active Georgia Notary license.
