Operations Supervisor SAVANNAH

We are looking for our warehouse in Savannah, US:
Operations Supervisor (m/f/d)

• Lead and organize daily warehouse work and staff schedules
• Supervise loading/unloading of trucks and trains, returns, and inventory checks
• Hold team and safety meetings; train new employees
• Check team performance and give feedback
• Make sure customer needs, company rules, and safety standards are met
• Write and send reports to the Operations Manager
• Oversee forklifts (up to 20k lbs), scanners, and other equipment; make sure everything works safely
• Help with hiring and attend customer meetings
• Solve daily problems quickly and independently

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics work
• Able to drive forklifts (up to 20k lbs) and work with paper products
• Experience with warehouse inventory systems (training available)
• Strong communication skills; able to work well with staff, customers, and vendors
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage time well
• Able to solve problems and make decisions on your own
• Must pass background check (employment, education, criminal history, drug test)

• Regular schedule:
  Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (flexibility in busy times)
• Leadership position with direct contact to Operations Manager
