In collaboration with the Operations Manager and Manager, coordinates and supervises the daily overall activities and personnel of the department in providing housekeeping services.
EducationHigh School Diploma or General Studies - Preferred
Experience1-2 Years of general housekeeping and floor care - Required
License & CertificationNone Required
Core Job Functions- Assist the manager in controlling supplies usage and equipment maintenance. Ensure supplies are available for staff to perform their duties.
- Demonstrate leadership skills.
- Coach and train frontline staff, maintain areas of responsibility, ensure cleaning standards are met, and manage staff productivity.
- Handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies carefully, following MSDS standards to avoid chemical mixing hazards.
- Service areas of responsibility according to established standards.
