• Oversee and personally manage warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring shipments and receipts are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Optimize warehouse staff performance through coaching, counseling, and evaluation to maintain high productivity.
• Troubleshoot order and inventory discrepancies as needed to sustain operational efficiency.
• Prepare and process shipments and receipts through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and analyze data for operational improvements.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and a safety‑first mentality.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and promptly address maintenance issues.

• Oversee the transportation, storage, and handling of heavy haul, oversized, and out‑of‑gauge cargo.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations for oversized and overweight freight.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.

• Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive and results‑driven work culture.
• Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff to meet labor demands and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Utilize system data to examine daily worker productivity and implement improvements.
• Maintain frequent communication with colleagues, departments, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
• Document outstanding issues at the end of each day and prepare for the following day’s workload.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and long‑term partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through strategic business development initiatives.
• Provide regular reports to management, identifying operational challenges and recommending solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced warehouse or terminal management role.
• Demonstrated track record of progressive leadership and promotions in previous roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WMS, and RF technology is preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
