At Cosentino () we are looking for a 2nd Shift HUB Warehouse Manager located in Rincon, GA
, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

The Warehouse Manager position has the responsibility for leadership of all teams responsible for material movement into, out of, and within the Logistics HUB. This role is critical to ensuring proper service and controlling costs. Aligning internal and external customer needs with P&L budgets focus on the needs, goal, and KPIs of the business strategy.

• Assign team members with tasks to be completed each shift
• Set performance metrics for team members and work with them to ensure all metrics are met
• Analyze trends, solve problems, motivate, and develop the team
• Resolve problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise without direction from management
• Manage multiple projects as well as staff members
• Report to General Manager and review goals and metrics with management
• Maintain a work environment that meets company, state, and federal safety and employment guidelines
• Support operations using warehouse equipment to achieve established goals, if needed
• Perform Warehouse Worker duties if required (unload/load trucks, operate forklifts and cranes, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Professional Experience

• +2 years of managing a distribution warehouse
• +2 years of experience using SAP or similar ERP/WMS
• Proficient usage of computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• +5 years of managing a distribution warehouse or logistics HUB

Education

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s Degree

Wage Range:
The salary range for this position is between $62,
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for potential annual award depending on individual performance and company performance, in accordance with the terms of the company’s plan.

Paid time off:
Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the company’s policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year. If hired after July 1, employees receive 1 floating holiday to use for that calendar year.
