Resident District Manager

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Resident District Manager to lead dining operations at Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA. Oversee 6 cafés, 7 micro-markets, 2 Chick-fil-A locations, and premier catering across a dynamic, high-profile campus.

As the top on-site leader, you'll manage key client partnerships, drive financial performance, and inspire 10 managers and 70+ employees. Lead strategic growth, business reviews, and multi-site operations while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you’ll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. $115940 per year - $140000 per year
