Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Entry-level position. Strong mechanical aptitude. Enrollment in a Technical Aviation program preferred. Essential communication skills include reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English, along with listening and keyboard skills.

Purpose:

This entry-level role involves training in manufacturing and/or servicing aircraft. Under supervision, perform various structural assembly operations within a team environment.

• Ability to read scales and perform basic shop math.
• Read and understand basic documents and instructions.
• Possess essential personal skills: hands-on craft aptitude, professionalism, attention to detail, teamwork, and punctuality.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Proficiency in current computer software.
• Availability to work any shift.
• Ability to lift and transport objects up to 40 pounds.

.63 cents per mile up to $252.00 travel pay on your first check, plus a $100.00 monthly longevity bonus!
