We are seeking a skilled RN Manager NICU to ensure high quality, patient‑centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the department. The Manager NICU also monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

• BSN required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of applicable experience required.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or holds an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required.
• Current BLS; NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program, RNC‑National Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care) required.
